Pengaruh Keragaman Gender, Umur, Dan Latar Belakang Pendidikan Dewan Komisaris Terhadap Kinerja Perbankan Yang Go Publik Di Bursa Efek Indonesia

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan ini bertujuan membuktikan dan menganalisis secara empiris pengaruh keragaman gender, umur dan latar belakang pendidikan dewan komisaris terhadap kinerja perusahaan perbankan yang go publik di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini digunakan beberpa perusahaan sub sektor perbankan yang go publik yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan diperoleh melalui annual report yang dapat di download melalui website Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dari tahun 2016 sampai dengan 2020. Proses pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama ditemukan gender dewan komisaris berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil Pengujian hipotesis kedua ditemukan usia dewan komisaris tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia.. Pada tahapan pengujian hipotesis ketiga ditemukan keragaman latar belakang pendidikan dewan komisaris berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia sedangkan pengujian hipotesis keempat diperoleh hasil keragaman gender usia dan pendidikan dewan komisaris secara bersama sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan.
